What is Domain Rating?
Domain Rating (DR) is Ahrefs' metric for the strength of a website's backlink profile, on a 0-100 scale. DRWatcher reads it daily so you don't have to check it yourself.
Where does DRWatcher get its data?
From Ahrefs' public Domain Rating endpoint — the same DR metric shown in Ahrefs tools. DRWatcher is not affiliated with Ahrefs; Domain Rating data is attributed to Ahrefs.
Is DRWatcher really free?
Yes. The single-domain checker is free without an account, and tracking is free under fair-use limits that exist to keep the service healthy for everyone.
How many domains can I monitor?
As many as you need — there is no per-account domain cap. Fair-use velocity limits apply to how quickly you can add new ones.
How often are domains checked?
Each unique domain is checked approximately once every 24 hours. Domains tracked by several users share the same daily check.
What is the difference between My Sites and Competitors?
Only the label. Both are checked daily and both trigger change emails — the distinction keeps your dashboard organized, and you can move a domain between them anytime.
Do you support bulk import?
No. DRWatcher is focused on doing one thing well — daily DR change alerts — so bulk import is intentionally out of scope.
